Privacy policy
Last updated 28 October 2026. This explains what Every Road Logistics (“Every Road”, “we”) keeps about you and your deliveries, and why.
What we keep
- Your account: your name, business name, email, mobile number and business address, and your password (stored scrambled, never readable).
- Your delivery data: depots, drivers and their mobile numbers, item weights, stops, routes and run history.
- Proof of delivery from your drivers: the time, the phone's location and any photo. Photos are deleted after 14 days.
- Scanned delivery sheets, until the stops are added or for at most 14 days.
- To stop the free week being used more than once: a random code saved on your device, and a one-way scrambled version of your network address.
Why we keep it
Only to run your account: planning routes, sending them to your drivers, showing you how the day went, and supporting you. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Your customer list and delivery locations are private to your business; each driver sees only their own route.
Who helps us run it
Your data is stored with Supabase and the website runs on Vercel. Addresses are looked up and routes worked out with Google Maps Platform. Scanned sheets are read by Anthropic's Claude. Each only processes what's needed for that job.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything in it. Email roadevery6@gmail.com.
