Last updated 28 October 2026. These terms cover your use of Every Road route planning.

Free week

Each business and mobile number can have one free week. It starts when you sign up and lasts 7 days. When it ends, planning stops until you join; nothing is charged automatically.

Paying

Every Road costs £377 a month for unlimited drivers and drops. We'll agree how you pay when you join.

Using Every Road

• Keep your login to yourself and your team, and tell us if you think someone else has it.
• Routes are planned from the addresses, shifts and weights you give us. Drivers must still follow the road, the law and their own judgement.
• Check van payloads against the van's plate. Weights you haven't checked aren't used for load planning.
• Only add people's details (such as drivers' mobile numbers) that you're allowed to use.
